Brad Nadeau

Mr. Brad Nadeau had an expansive career as a leader in the Energy industry and in Real Estate development. He started his career as a member of the Centre West Properties Group of Companies. In his role as Commercial Property Manager, he managed a portfolio of $70MM in assets, including multiple retail and commercial developments, from a design, leasing, and operations perspective. Mr. Nadeau transitioned from property management to oil and gas energy trading where he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he held the position of VP and Director with TD Bank, from which he retired in 2017.

Mr. Nadeau graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1991. Continuing education includes completion of Columbia University’s School of Business Emerging Leader Development Program.

Mr. Nadeau has served on the Spray Lake Sawmills Recreation Park Society board of directors since 2018 and is currently in his role as Vice President. He has also been involved with Cochrane Minor Hockey and Cochrane Minor Baseball in various coaching roles.

Mr. Nadeau and his three kids reside north of Cochrane.
