Background
Andy Brooks is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in senior executive roles, known for his commitment to sustainable growth and inclusivity. He combines strategic insight with a people-centered, ethical approach in both management and board capacities. Andy’s leadership background includes serving as President and CEO of Waiward Industrial, the Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association, and Flint Transfield Services, complemented by international experience. He is a CPA and holds the ICD.D designation.
Currently, Andy serves as Vice Chair of the Calgary Drug Treatment Court and has held board positions with the Petroleum Services Association of Canada, the Canadian Heavy Oil Association, and as Chair of the Rotary Challenger Park “Centre for All Abilities” capital campaign.
