Background
Andy Brooks is an experienced CEO, Board Director, and CPA with 25+ years in energy, construction, and nonprofit leadership. He specializes in governance, ESG oversight, risk management, and cultural transformation, with a record of driving growth and long-term value. He holds the ICD.D designation and a BBA (Honors).
His executive roles include President & CEO of Waiward Industrial, Interim CEO of the Alberta Roadbuilders & Heavy Construction Association, and CEO/CFO of Flint Transfield Services.
He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Calgary Drug Treatment Court, Board Member of both the Philippines Chamber of Commerce and The Future of Energy Global Summit. Past board service includes Bothar Group, PSAC (Enserva), Canadian Heavy Oil Association, and Rotary Challenger Park.
Mr. Brooks has been a member of the Board of Directors of Grand Central Properties Inc. since 2024.
