Background
Ms. Freeman joined Rohit Group of Companies in 2020, bringing her expertise in finance and treasury across all divisions of the company. Currently, as Vice President of Asset Management, Ms. Freeman plays a key role in commercial operations across the portfolio of office, retail, and residential assets, including the review and negotiation of commercial leases and development agreements. Prior to venturing into real estate, she completed her CPA while articling at KPMG LLP in Edmonton.
Ms. Freeman has participated in Rohit’s largest transactions including the acquisition and commencement of two of the Company’s largest land development projects, a record number of multi-family units, and two new market expansions. She works closely with the operational teams as well as financing partners to develop innovative and practical financing plans.
Outside of the Company, Ms. Freeman is a member of CPA Alberta and a director for the Edmonton chapter of CREW Network, a group whose mission is to advance women in the field of commercial real estate.
Ms. Freeman has been a member of the Board of Directors of Grand Central Properties Inc. since 2022.
