Background

Mr. Loeppky joined the Grand Central Properties board of directors in June 2016, bringing with him a well-rounded knowledge base of construction management, business administration and finance. Mr. Loeppky currently holds the position of Vice President & Director of Finance at 4D Group Inc. (formally ICS Group Inc.)

After completing technical training in 1992 at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) as a certified Journeyman Carpenter, Mr. Loeppky co-founded Son-Key Construction. Son-Key started out as framing company, specializing in residential and multifamily condominium projects, but quickly evolved into a complete Custom Home Builder.

In 1999 Mr. Loeppky co-founded ICS Group Inc. (formerly Innovative Climate Solutions). Along with his business partners, he expanded ICS Group Inc. to five locations, servicing Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In 2009, ICS Group was named as the RBC Small Business of the Year recipient. In 2013, Mr. Loeppky was instrumental in the successful acquisition of DryAir Manufacturing Corp, (ICS Group’s primary equipment supplier). In 2015, Mr. Loeppky played a key role in the successful sale of ICS Group’s rental and service divisions to Aggreko, the world leader in temporary power generation solutions.

Along with serving on the board of directors for Grand Central Properties Inc., Mr. Loeppky serves on the Board of Directors of British Columbia Wilderness Tours (a land company which controls over 470 acres of land within the city of Kamloops), 4D Group Inc., DryAir manufacturing Corp. as well as several commercial building holding companies.

Mr. Loeppky has lived in Cochrane for over 20 years with his family and has been active in several community sports programs.
