Background
Emma has been a member of the Rohit Group of Companies since October 2020 and her scope covers the finance and treasury aspects of all divisions of the Company. In addition to the financing side of the business, Emma has been involved in the commercial operations including the review and negotiation of commercial leases as well as development agreements.
The Company has experienced significant growth in the time since Emma joined, and she has participated in material transactions for the business including the commencement of two of the Company’s largest land projects, a record number of multi-family units, and expansion into two new markets. Emma works closely with the operations team as well as our financing partners to develop innovative and practical financing plans for the business and individual projects. Outside of the Company, Emma is a member of CPA Alberta and the Edmonton chapter of CREW, which works to empower women to transform the future of commercial real estate.
